  Yesterday I had to use the emergency for my 17-month-old baby, it was morning hours inside the hospital. But it was not a bad time, it was a quiet time, a lot of attention from the nurses, the doctor, the cleaning lady. Helpful, caring and patient people with me who still do not speak English properly. I want to deeply thank the team that did not answer yesterday. Thank you for your attention, care and patience with my baby and me.

  The Triage nurse that worked on Dec 16th, 2017 night shift should be fired!! I have never been treated so rudely, she had me in tears!!! Telling me that what I went in for was not an emergency and to go to the walk-in clinic, when the Walk-in clinic had sent me there!!...I would NOT recommend anyone to go here, go to Newmarket or Barrie!!

  Disgusting!! Doctor's at Stevenson's are too busy gossiping and chasing the nurses to do any real work...and if you ask them for anything they just accuse you of being violent...what a joke....sent me home in agony and told me to call my dr...I couldnt breath deeply or swallow and they sent me home what a waste of time and space!! They are only interested in their paychecks as they certainly weren't interested in finding out what was wrong with me...they couldn't even get an IV in after two tries she gave up!!! I had to tell the doctor to look in my throat after being there for two hours...funny how they had no problem giving me drugs even though they didn't know what was wrong!! I will passionately refer anyone and everyone to go somewhere else it may save your life...no more from me no support or referrals plus I will be sharing with anyone and everyone even OHIP!!

  Excellent Hospital and service. All staff and Nurses in Triage and registration were so kind and pleasant and most importantly respectful. I was seen by Dr. Khalil in the emergency department all I can say is what an amazing Doctor. Very pleasant and kind and explained everything so thoroughly. Dr. Khalil thank-you very much for your care. Stevenson Memorial is a wonderful Hospital.
